Gobierno cundinamarqués suscribe acuerdo colectivo 2021 -2022 con organizaciones sindicales

Luego de tres meses de negociación, el Gobernador de Cundinamarca, Nicolás García; los nueve presidentes de las organizaciones sindicales, el equipo negociador y las secretarías departamentales de Educación y de la Función Pública firmaron el acuerdo colectivo con las organizaciones sindicales que logró un incremento salarial del 3.5% para los funcionarios y servidores del sector central de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca.

 “Participar en esta mesa me llena de alegría y agradezco al equipo de gobierno y todos  ustedes la disposición, sobre todo entendiendo que no es un período fácil y, sin embargo, en medio de la pandemia nuestra administración  ha podido dar buenos resultados. Estamos seguros de que estamos firmando un muy buen acuerdo y que el del otro año, con un esfuerzo gigante que estamos haciendo y que nos va a permitir un poco más de recursos, vamos a tener uno mucho mejor”, manifestó el Gobernador Nicolás García.

Por su parte Paula Ospina, secretaria de Función Pública reconoció el esfuerzo y disposición de todos los presidentes de las organizaciones sindicales y del mandatario seccional. “Las instrucciones que nos dio (el Gobernador García)  como equipo negociador fueron estar siempre abiertos al diálogo, a dejar y entregar lo mejor por nuestros servidores públicos, funcionarios y contratistas, y creo que lo logramos con ese 3.5, que es muy importante para nosotros como Gobernación”.
